This is a classically deceptive piece. Shafran cites two authorities that the current consensus is wrong. First he cites Michael Crichton who is one of the most famous climate science denier in the world. Then he cites Richard Lindzen who is likewise a fringe scientist on this issue. All it takes is a quick google search to discover this. Ask yourselves the following question, is this responsible journalism? The answer is no.... Shafran knows his endgame before he starts and looks for "authorities" who support him. This is a joke.
